reslie is a macOS app built by reslie ("we", "us"), available at reslie.io.
What we collect
When you download reslie: Your email address. We use it to send you the download link and occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
When you use the reslie app: No session content, ever. reslie does not collect, store, or see your session audio, transcripts, discussion guides, or participant data. That data travels directly between your Mac and the API providers you connect under your own accounts — Deepgram for transcription, Google Gemini for AI suggestions. reslie is never in that pipeline. The app collects no diagnostics, telemetry, or usage data of any kind — no crash reporting, nothing.
Website analytics: reslie.io may use analytics to understand general traffic: page views, referral sources, and device types. No personal data is collected or shared with third parties through analytics.
Who processes your data
For your research sessions: No one on our end. You are the data controller. Deepgram and Google act as your processors under your own API keys, governed by their own policies.
For email: We use Lemon Squeezy to deliver the download link to your inbox.
How long we keep it
Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your rights
If you're in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@reslie.io, and we'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
reslie.io does not use tracking cookies.
